You've been Greenwashed

It is big business to market green these days. It improves a company image greatly especialy those businesses who have had a reputation for polluting. Some corporations have decided to clean up their image before cleaning up their act.
Greenwash:
Used to describe the act of misleading consumers regarding the environmental practices of a company or the environmental benefits of a product or service.

Class System Health Care

I am finding that our health care system works fine for the wealthy and for a few with high paying jobs. For the financially poor, self employed and a large part of the middle class it doesn't work at all. The premiums are too high and insurance companies don't take responsibility for the clients they have. They find loop holes to drop the sickest and most costly clients so they can make the biggest
profits.

.

I don't want the assurance of my health to depend on how much profit I will make for acompany. Healthcare should be non profit and available to everyone. This is the socially responsiblething to do. We should take care of our neighbors regardless of how much money they have.

Doctors used to make house calls and care for people regardless of their ability to pay.Hospitals were non profit and were focused on the care of the community. Many doctor's are frustrated with the current system of not being able to give quality care to patients because insurance companies dictate what will be paid for. Doctors no longer have the luxury of time to focus on preventative care for their patients.

We need to take control of our Health Care System and put it in the hands of the people. To be socially responsible we should make health care available to all regardless of class or ability to pay. I believe deep down this is what all people want, to help others especially those that are less fortunate then they are.

Let us be compassionate and choose to help all who are in need by
bringing reform to our health care system. Let us bring about a
system where every American can visit a physician at any time
for preventative care. Let us make this the right of every
American Citizen regardless of class.
